Gratitude is such an important element of your being. Put simply, the more grateful you are the more the Universe wants to give you.
Think about gifting a $100 bucks to a special kiddo for Christmas. You went to the bank and got a fresh hundred, and found one of those money cards with a Christmas scene that looks like it”s out of the 1950’s. You write some sweet words. Pop it in the post. And nothing.
No call. Not even a text.
If Kiddo doesn’t say thanks, you’re not so moved to mail another $100 for Valentine’s Day. Same thing with the Universe.
There’s always something to be grateful for. And a gratitude practice is so powerful. Writing down what you’re grateful for is wonderful. You could do it in your journal. On a calendar. On social media. Notes on your iPhone. In a cookbook. Wherever. Or even just in your mind.
The more conscious you are of what you’re grateful for the more things that show up that will make you grateful! It’s a blissful cycle!
Here’s some thoughts . . .

And I’m grateful we decided to finish our date with sexy nightcaps at the Four Seasons.
That last one was a great evening we had last Christmas. Memory making at it’s finest. And really spontaneous too as our xmas plans changed last minute last year. We weren’t even supposed to be in DC. Anyhow, Fabulous Christmas date! Fabulous food. Fabulous memory. Oh, yes, and I loved our outfits too.

So you get the idea! What are you grateful for?
