To live a complete nourished life. I take part in the following non-negotiables every day or almost everyday. To quote Charlotte York Goldenblatt, “Everyday. Not all day everyday. But everyday.”
These are my non-negotiables. These make me feel elevated, protected, safe, connected, serene, joyous, and nurtured. These are literally the daily gifts I give to myself.
Now, I know I’m calling these the “non-negotiables” but Nourish Noëlle isn’t a “challenge” it’s a way of life. A lifestyle. At it’s core it’s deigned for YOU to connect to, nourish, nurture, and honor YOU. So if one of my non-negotiables brings you stress. Say no-no for now. And circle back when you feel the tug.

Daily Non-Negotiables
- When you first wake up say: I set the intention to have a fulfilling day.
- Meditate — 20 minutes minimum (but again, 2o minutes might be something you work-up to, and that’s ok)
- Shield yourself everyday and especially before interacting with the outside world (or even others in your home if things are particularly “stressful”)
- Ground your body
- Connect to your column of ascension
- Pray
- Get. Enough. Sleep.
- Drink. Enough. Water.
- Pamper your body in some way (Here’s a link to my 44+ self-care ideas!)
- Purify your body
- Polish your body
- Pretty your body
- Dress your body
- Find beauty
- Do something that brings you joy
- Express gratitude
- Give blessings
- Laugh!
Almost Daily Non-Negotiables
- Move the body
- Connect to nature
- Do something creative that puts you in a state of fabulous flow
- Say no-no-no when you don’t really want to do something
So these things might be something you work-up to. For example of the 22 items on the list, I’m currently falling short on moving the body and connecting to nature almost daily. Especially right now, I’m such a nester and the house looks so pretty with holiday decorations that I just want to be home looking at all the pretty!
We’ll explore the non-negotiables deeper as we continue on our Christmastime self-care journey. As we Nourish Noëlle!
